EC 300 swingarm removal

I have a 2003 EC 300 but this question is kinda general: First time swingarm removal (since I've owned it), left side of main pivot thru-bolt has a 19mm nut, right side has a recessed-hex head with a flattened side that LOOKS like it fits against an anti-rotation flat on the frame.

Removed the nut and assumed the axle/bolt needs a light tapping to drive thru the right side. Installed the nut to protect threads and tapped it HARD with a heavy brass hammer, no budge.

Before I get a bigger hammer, there is no mystery to this, right? The axle should just punch out thru the right side? Any "factory" service manual I can find here is an ENGINE service manual, nothing on the chassis.

Thanks for any dope-slaps or other comments.

Literally just pulled mine on my 03 today. Used a punch that fit recessed in the hollow part of the shaft. Beat on it with a bfh. Was in there pretty good.

Did you loosen the (2) 17mm bolts on each side that bolt to frame tabs and that center thingy on the swingarm? Other posts say you need to loosen every bolt in the vicinity.

If just removing Swingarm you should just have to remove the linkage from the Swingarm and push out the Swingarm bolt. I unbolted absolutely everything that wasn’t the motor or forks cause every bearing is junk or close enough to it. And the Swingarm was the last think I pulled so not 100% sure
