ec125 -01 power valve issue?

you don't have a problem with your jetting, you have a problem with something different.
- Check the gaskest and the sealing ring on the crank shaft.
- check and clean the carb
- check the reeds
- check the ignition
- check the piston and cylinder condition
- check the air inlet

Your jetting is that lean, that this schouldn't be the problem.
In my opinion the carb is worn out. A friend had a similar problem with his 300, after changing the carb, the bike run like new! Try a new carb and everthing will work.

With the carburator from my 300 it runs great!!!! Problem found but not solved!
So what could possibly be wrong with the carb?

so whats making the original carb make the bike run so rich?
what could be worn out? float needle?

Whats the difference between the pwk 38 mm carbs? seems to be as many different model as there is bikes...

Over time the nozzle wears out (interface between carb body and needle). Not a replaceable part (on the PWKs) as far as I'm aware.

You should be able to pick one up for a reasonable price from someone whos gone the Lectron or APT direction, or you could consider that option yourself too.

a PWK is a PWK as fare as I know.
Make sure that you get thr right size, GasGas uses 38mm, KTM 36mm!
Maybe you ask Kelly from Motosportz, he has a special version of the Lectron carb for small engines.

Or you ask here http://www.keihin-na.com/ for the spare parts you need

Okay. I wonder why its different art nr in the manual between the 125 and 300?

I think I will go pick up a used pwk 38 tomorrow. I'll bring mine to compare with.
Can my throttle valve be worn out? If thats possible I need to get a #7 with the new carb...

Just try the new carb and find out what you need. I run a slide #9 in my 144 and I love it.

The difference in the part no can be the different jetting but I'm not sure.

It seems like the holes for the pin holding the float is worn out which makes the float jiggle. I think thats tje problem. So I buy a new (used).

this starts to get really silly.

yesterday the bike ran great with my 300cc carb.
I then assumed there must be something wrong with the 125 carb.
So I bought another one today.
I tried it wit the same jetting as the 300cc carb.
The bike ran like shit AGAIN.
So i tried the 300cc carb again and it runs like shit with that one too...

What the hell am I supposed to do to sort this out??

Try the new carb on the 300. Confirm it is working as it should. Then move it back into the 125.

Could be something like the stator on the blink, timing, coil, or worst case the CDI. Spark plug cap?

13 MUELLE EJE VALVULA ECAPE / EXHAUST VALVE AXLE SPRING.

Whats it's purpose? if I remove the exhaust valve linkage I assume this "Valve axle springs" would press the exhaust valve to closed position?

It doesnt.
if I pull it open it stays open.

of course with the linkage removed, wit the linkage attached it closes.

Is this a problem?
