EC200 Main Crank Bearing Limits/Fits

Hi Guys

I managed to remove my engine today and get the bloody fly wheel nut off (with an impact driver and heat), I found the crank had a rough noise when rotating. I split the cases to find corrosion on the 28/68 C3 bearings,

My question today is what is the limits and fit for a EC 200 2003 Crank Main Bearing Journal? I believe the bearing outer is a snug fit in the Case, is the Inner Race a G6 or H5 fit ?

I need to see if my Crank Journals are in spec

I've attached a Limits and Fit chart

Thanks

Wade

One bearing presses into case tight and holds crank in place . Other side usually just taps in . On the 250 /300 older engines they used a bearing on one side that the center comes out bearing and this is press fit onto crank

Use the "resources" section of this forum and find the service manual for your 2003 EC20. The service manual will states crank inspection tolerances.
