exhauste spacer for 06 200ec

i was wondering if any one manufactured this part if not how are they makeing them materials ect. sent my head and carb off to rb designes would like to add a 10 mm spacer to the fatty

a bigger pv cover achieves the same thing as adding 10mm to the exhaust...
