Does anyone know for certain if this is a marzocchi or a sachs fork? The used 2010 i bought has a damaged casting and lower tube. I was told that there were no black lower tube sachs except a nambo. this fork pictured is for sale but they are not certain if sachs or zoke.

The Sachs legs on my '11 EC300 have the black lower legs and look exactly like what I see in the pix above. The only difference is that my caps are gold anodized. But the shape and markings are exactly the same as yours.

Second that. Take the calipers and confirm the lower leg is 48mm OD and you'll have a 99% certainty that they are indeed Sachs. Mine look exactly the same although some of the black is rubbing off the lower leg after man hours of up and down action. Be carefull with that rebound clicker too when you pull them apart, or more so.. when you put them back together.

The Sachs also came with a couple variations on the cap. I think some got the same as the pic (but in gold), and others had an adjustable preload.

Thanks to all. This was great help. Now to purchase the forks pictured, have tuned and install on my recently purchased 2010 nambo. Can't wait to ride this thing.:)

OK. All bets are off on this guy. He wouldn't take back at my shipping expense if they wouldn't work for me. ie damaged. Back to the drawing board. Set number 2 attached. Are these Sachs?

From what I can see they look just like my Sachs forks.
Can he send you a close up shot of the cap to compare to the other pix?
Here are some pix of my Sachs off my 2011 EC300. Hope they help.
