Fuel usage.

Needle replaced (for the same one currently in there but new) seems to have fixed this issue.

I'm currently getting shocking fuel economy.
In the vicinity of 60km a tank .
06 ec 300.
Newcastle Australia.
175 main.
42 pilot.
CEK middle clip.
#7 slide.
Float set at 16mm as sited in keihin information.
Reeds are adequate.

I've got no idea how the fuel is getting in in such vast quantities.
When the plug is removed its visibly damp with fuel, not carbon blackened.
It can foul plugs but not frequently.
It doesn't rev clean until its onto the pipe.

I'm going to get a new CEK to see if it has worn as I've really got no idea how the fuel is getting though.

It doesn't idle either.

Suggestions?

float height, float needle, worn carb body or slide.
First 2 would result it fuel exiting out the overflow and I've seen none of that or had it pointed out to me by others?

I was looking at the bush I guess it'd be called, where the MJ is located, that'd be interesting to replace.
