Is it worth putting grease nipples on linkage?

This good. I did the same on my 2011 but what i found before hand was the middle linkage had play. So when i tore it down the inside was very clean as well and the bearings looked good to but had play in them. The bike only had 30 hrs on it. This is when i changed to our new bushings....perfect fit...no play.

The moral.....if you have play in your linkage change the bearings out....even if they are clean inside:o

The frame pivot on the '12 is a very tight fit for a needle bearing/sleeve, surprisingly so. It was also basically dry from the factory and would have self destructed soon, but has no wear after 50+ hrs. You have to really pack those bearings well by firmly pressing grease in with your finger around the circumference of the entire ID, so it reaches the inner race. Perhaps this was your problem Rob, if they just smeared grease on the needles, the race would wear where you would never see it, and you have a sloppy bearing.

thanks for all the input guys, im going to stick with the standard gasgas bearings and seals and try and keep the pressure washer away from all the bearings :)
