Larger power valve cover for a 250

Anyone try the checkpoint one from gofasters for 89 bucks? Not a spacer but a new larger volume cover. Wonder if anyone noticed a difference off the bottom with it

I have one on each of my bikes from elvis74. Great workmanship, maintains outer heat sink cover and yes they work. Comes with screws and gaskets. Shipping fast and dependable. 35 euro = $47.50.

I run a single 8mm spacer on my 250. Never tried it without or with more to know any different. Have 2 more here so could potentially run up to 24mm if I wanted.

I have the TRUSTY version.
On my 300 I can tell that it does help flatten it on the bottom end.

TRUSTY also makes a fully adjustable one.....and is also NOT cheap at all.

Stu,
So this flattens the bottom? Why would you want that? I thought bigger PV Covers enhanced the bottom end?

Well maybe I did not use the proper wording to explain it, but it helps the flatten the sometimes not so smooth transition from low to mid. Now don't quote me on that but that "is just my opinion". It may do different things for others as each bike and rider is different.

I have one from "the king" as well. First ride with it reminded me of having a Rekluse, almost like I could pull off without stalling at lower rpm
