Link to forum on main page

Could the link to forum on the main page be changed from a javascript popup to a regular link?

I would prefer to open the page in a new Firefox tab rather than a stripped down new window.

Thanks.

Keep up the great work.

Thanks Eff.

I did want folks to traverse through the main site by default. It will be updated with news and articles quite frequently now. I didn't want folks to pass it by and forget about the main page...

With Mozilla Firefox - you can hit the right mousebutton and "bookmark this page"... After you have it bookmarked, then you can open a new tab and execute the forum page from bookmarks. This should do exactly what you want. If not, let me know.

thanks again!,
jeff

Thanks Jeff.

I had a feeling that is what you were trying to accomplish. I was trying to keep it so I didn't have to bookmark the forum page directly.

Could you add a link back to the home page on the forum?

Thanks,

Ed

Just an idea, why not just make the banner at the top of the forum page where it says "GasGas Rider's Club" a hot link back to the "Home Page"

Thank you,
Ron

I modified the code for the bulletin board to do this. If you click on gasgas rider's club in the upper left it navigates to the home page...

I'll add a few menu buttons in the forum to take you to "home" and "tech articles", etc.

thanks,
jeff

Per eff's request - just added buttons to "navigation bar" at top of forum to include "home page" to take you navigate to main gasgasrider.org homepage.

Also added "tech articles" button for direct navigation to tech articles page on the main website.

thanks,
jeff
