Cool stuff, I like the steering stem. And I never thought of the rubber bands, I just wear ear plugs (and deal with the chatter marks). How much do you charge to rebuild a crank?

Showa 47mm forks (RMZ250K7) fitted to 02 EC300 using all the OEM bearings and seals. I am awaiting a bush and seal kit to rebuild the forks.

Any tips on Showa forks would be appreciated - fork oil, quantity etc.

Are the trees from the RMZ also? so everything just fit right in the EC300 neck? I finally have my 45zokes rideable, but they are not nearly as good as my KTMs after Javier@TrailTricks got though with them and they are not as nice as the older 45s that were on my buddies 07ec300 or the stock 50s that were on my Husky for a while. the midstroke is just brutal.

If you haven't already put the forks back together, race tech site lists 350cc or 5w oil. As per http://racetech.com/ProductSearch/1/Suzuki/RM250/2007
