LTR power valve covers for GG2011

I have always wondered about how to determine the optimum Powervalve chamber volume.

If a 15mm spacer is good, is a 30mm spacer better? Would "double the volume" of the Checkpoint cover, for instance, provide any advantage?

I don't know it 30mm is better than 15mm, I only know that I felt w huge difference when I installed the 10mm version. A friend put 20mm o and said it was much better.

We need a pipe tuner to chime in and crunch some numbers re volumes. I personally wouldn't have a clue.

There must be a point where it gets too big or else you would ba able to run it without the cover for maximum effect

I've wondered about that - What about infinity? - but if I'm not mistaken, there is something to do with "pulse waves" here, and I'm assuming that "open to the atmosphere" would negate the wave - there would be nothing for it to bounce against and back.

But now I am into ignorance on my part...:)
