Marzocchi 48mm Challenge!

Yeah and I know he did beef the HSC up on the Forks. As you know though the MV was left alone. . Maybe I'm just hitting stuff faster now :D
But after my ride today it is very obvious both ends are blowing through the stroke, the rear dangerously so as it hits the stops and then rebounds savagely.
I'm still really really happy with both ends in the slower trail trash stuff, but when the speed picks up and g outs are involved it blows through far too easily.
My plan is to go back to the track where I was today (awesome selection, a bit of everything which makes it perfect for testing suspension and jetting) and film what the bike is doing over the obstacles where I know it is misbehaving. Hopefully this will confirm my thoughts.

At the moment I have my PFP turned just shy of a 1/4 in. The LSC is so soft and plush its almost too soft when riding around the yard. They firm up enough I haven't used all the travel yet. I guess thats a good thing. No spiking, but I think the rebound could use some more. It sometimes feels like it'll corner and handle better with more rebound but then packs down a bit too much.

I'm heading out again today and think I'll try add a bit more PFP and maybe a little less LSC.

I really struggle in the LSC. Too little and the front feels mushy and wanders around over trash (tries to follow the ground too much). Too much and it deflects.

My shock has too much HSC still. Its happier with the lighter spring, but has given up some initial plushness by having to preload it up.
