New guy here and to new GasGas. Found a bike for sale that I can't find any info about the specific model. Seller says it's a 2013 200xc. It has lights and the pics show the xc brand. I cannot find any info on a 200xc from 2013 on GasGas website or other sites. Seller does not have any manuals, but says he has a title. Did GasGas make this bike?

GasGas did some weird stuff back in those days. They put XC stickers on them but the official designation was still EC

Because the dealer did or didn't change the stickers, I still have some somewhere that say xc, but whats on the bike is ec logos

I think it looks like a 2013 racing model, given the plastics, suspension and lack of e-start... but then on closer inspection it's got the plastic subframe that the 12's came with, and the frame from the 2013 base models/e-starts (racing frame used an updated 1 piece linkage and has removable peg mounts).

In saying that, gg have been masters of throwing bits of this and that together and having some variances between batches of bikes off the factory floor. The local dealer had a couple 2018's in the shop and some coming out of the crate with one style tyre and another different. It's almost like they do rolling updates on build date rather than hold off all changes for the next years run.

That bike looks super clean and tidy and I'd jump on it! I should post a picture of my 2013 Racing for comparison.. Hahah!

Not knowing where you are or what your market is doing, I have no idea!!

Have a look at what they are asking and then check the market to see what other bikes are available to you at that price point and decide if it appears to be value or not.

Historically GG have had rough resale value, so I'd expect it to be a good whack cheaper than the similar year/capacity in orange. All supply and demand.

Very few 200's made it to the states, it's a 13 200 xc. Same as the ec elsewhere, just labeled as xc in US.

My 200 has been rock solid, great bike if you like small bores.
