Ended up trading some old alpinestars boots i had for a set of brand new in box sunline avone rmz/kxf/yzf lo bend these are antivibe bars went from constant pain to 5 mins of riding and gone all day! Can post pic if anyone interested in them

I standup ride 98% of the time for my lower back. If I stand up it feels great. Sit down and it hurts. The downside of standup riding is that it puts lots of stress on my wrists. I found a low cost and effective to eliminate my wrist pain - wrap my wrists with elastic bandages. It totally eliminates my wrist pain.

Higher dollar - Twisted Engineering 3x handlebars. They are very cushy by dramatically reducing the impacts and vibration transmitted through the bars.

I put carbon bars on mine thinking they would be a magic fix for my bad wrists , I was so wrong , I raced at the weekend and my right hand was so knum it had no feeling at all , I could put my hand on the bars and grip , but it felt like my hand was on the throttle cable housing .

Please don't take that as a negative for the carbon bars , I was hoping they would magically fix my wrists , which of course they didn't , I think I need to visit a physio

Flex bars have been a big help for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone suffering from hand/wrist/arm problems. Either those or the Twisted engineering carbon bars. But ultimately I do have to get my arms fixed so I have been booked in for Ulnar Nerve Transposition in the new year on my right arm. Then they will do my left at a later date. My Ulnar nerve is popping around the corner of my elbow and gets very sore, witch causes all sorts of other fore arm problems like tenuous and golfer elbow. It's been coming on for about 5 years now, so it's time for the fix. You can watch it on Youtube if your so inclined.
