P3 carbon pipe guard

Does anyone have pics of the P3 Pipe guard mounted?
I had the E line guard given to me with the bike and the fit is OK but not perfect. The end sticks out quite a bit near the sticker. Hard to tell from the pictures.
Wondering if the P3 is any better?
the P3 guard i have on my 2010 fits like a glove, much better than what yours does, and i have given it a good test that it passed!
It also has much more coverage and looks a bit thicker

The P3 guards are superior to the Eline no question. More coverage and twice as thick (sometimes more) and nice indents for the clamps. I supplied my 2007 OEM GG stamped pipe to P3 for him to make the mold for the guards (which should fit 04-07 and maybe 08 OEM GG stamped pipes). What I got back made the Eline look like a joke.
The 2011 OEM GG pipes look quite different again with even more ground clearance and tight header bends. I know Clay has sent a bike (or pipe?) to Eline for guards but I strongly URGE him to send a pipe at least to P3 also. Better product hands down and made right here in the US (NJ) where Eline is made in China now. P3 used to make the Eline stuff BTW for those who don't know.

P3 left a message for me yesterday that said they only have pipe guards for the 06' and up for a fmf 300, And nothing available for my sons 02' 250
Has anyone tried the 06' pipe guard on an 05' 300? Didnt know they changed the pipe in 06, or was it just the frame mount location that was changed?

I the first one i ordered shipped almost immediately.
Earlier this year i placed an order for about 10 items and from what i have been told they have suddenly become v popular (esp amongst Gassers!) and are having problems keeping up with current demand so there is a bit of a backlog.

Wish I'd have found this thread before getting an E-Line with my bike. I did a quick test fitting of the E-Line by just holding it up by hand and noticed the fitting issues that HuskyDude showed pics of. I was not happy and recalled a pic of Reverup's guard on the forum here that I assumed was an E-Line but now know is a P3. My dealer will return the E-Line so I can get a P3.
About the only thing the E-Line looks good for is front wheel roost.

Hey everyone, I'm running a P3 on my 2010 Euro model. Will edit and post a picture once I'm home.
I found it could have possibly fit a bit better on the tight end. Other than that its perfect. I had to wait about a month or so to get it delivered to Australia once ordering. I recall it taking long enough that I felt the need to follow up with P3, and wondering if they had to make a batch before they could send it. It was well worth the wait, and the few rides I did without the guard the pipe survived unscathed. The first ride with it on put it to the test

If it shows up tomorrow... please let me know. I've had a P3 guard on order for almost a month, my credit card was charged weeks ago, I've sent emails that are not returned. He never answers the phone...
If I ever get my guard, it'll most likely be my last from P3. I'd rather wrap layers of chicken wire around my pipe than put up with bad customer service.

P3 told him they had a couple guards in stock for our bike and would drop ship one to me.If it shows up tomorrow... please let me know. I've paid my dealer already. He told me I should see it today or tomorrow via USPS.Your deal doesn't sound good. Hopefully I'm not in the same boat. Keep you posted.

My P3 did not show up Saturday, which may not be a surprise to you guys give your situations. My dealer asked me to let him know if I did/didn't receive it Saturday, so I shot him a message this morning. I told him about the status of your purchases as well. If he gets back with any info from P3 I'll post it here.
