Hey G, the only question is where did the extra come from. it worked before I sent it off, comes back and it doesn't I don't have any extras to put in accidentally. Going to go though, maybe the builder had a spare and it got mixed in with mine. Going to try and lay everything out tomorrow night and send pictures to Halls.

6 OEM friction discs and 7 rekluse steels. Double check the rekluse web site or your install manual.

If I remember correctly there isn't there supposed to be a ball 'spacer' on the basket side of the rod? That might have been from another engine I put together for a punkin though, I just put the adjustable slave on mine so I'm going from memory. Dial a gap piece is supposed to work against the clutch nut though

I think that I found the culprit. when I pulled the caliper back off and didn't have more than 1mm of the clutch rod pushing though, I disassembled the basket. I didn't put much thought into what I found at the time, but tracking back and putting a caliper on it...

Anyway, got the new dial-a-gap & lock washer from Rekluse last night and got it installed, bleed and seems to be working. Hope to be able to fire this thing up friday!

PS: Girard, that hot air gun on the air box was beautiful man, just beautiful.

must have fouled up the water pump gasket when I pulled the side off to adjust the power valve slack. planning ahead i ordered 2!
Clutch seemed to work. so I hope to get a few hours on it this weekend to burn it in.

Wow,I had forgotten when I started, 9/11/12, almost 5 months. I have to thank Clay, Mark at Gofasters and Jeff at Halls', this really was a cluster with them changing up inside bits in the middle of this
