motorhead Member Aug 3, 2024 #1 Spruced up the Ol’ girl (05’ EC300) with a MCC bodywork upgrade kit. The 15’ headlight adjuster hits my radiator expansion tank. Is there a model that utilizes a straight through crossover tube? I had no luck with the SM model tube part number.

gasgasman Super Moderator Staff member Aug 9, 2024 #2 The expansion tank can be a weak link in the cooling system. Delete it and run a straight hose.
