Subframe conversion--what parts are needed

I did a search but didn't come up with specific parts. Any help would be appreciated.

06 to 08 by the way.

here ya go Ryno,it is the 06 to 07 tail though,not sure if 08 has changed at all,sounds like david janus has done it,might want to talk to him about what parts are needed,I will probaly do the same thing to my 06 as well http://www.gasgasrider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=570&highlight=07+plastic
