I am trying to get a replacement basket with a 45mm internal diameter hole to fit the clutch gear sprocket flange. I have tried talon and s3 and both are 40mm diameter. Anybody had the same issue and found a supplier? OEM is ?350!!

Rekluse makes them in both sizes just give them a call. I know, because they sent me one with the wrong size, then quickly sent me a replacement in a couple of days.
