Looks good!

If you like the red theme I changed my carb overflow pipes to red. They were ?4.99 inc post on ebay and had enough for the carb and from the powervalve overflow.

Hi Simon.. It appears they completely ignored my email and only sent notification of dispatch

that's no problem I appreciate your willingness to help! Theres a few little parts I could do with so I might do my own little order, If you think of anything you've missed etc let me know and Im happy to get them in for you

Hi Martin,
Just saw your post and as I was cleaning my pv and exhaust today I took note of that breather you have in the first picture. I have one in the spot you have it and I also have another for dribble coming out of the powervalve.
However I did see that these are different to each other on my bike. The one coming out of the powervalve is hollow, the one coming from the exhaust that you mention is definitely not hollow. When I had a close look at it, it does have a hole in it about the size of a pin.
I'm not sure of what the consequence of drilling this out would be for you and someone else may be able to elaborate more but I'm guessing there is a reason for this. Possibly to lower the chance of water or other foreign bodies entering the exhaust port n cylinder.

Regards
Josh

I don't think there will be any consequences of drilling it through as all it does is vent into the threaded aperture where the pv housing bolt goes

There are two vent nipples on the engine. One has a small hole and the other has a large hole. I am not sure which is which.

Yeah, large hole on the pv mechanism housing side, small hole (pointless and usually blocked) on the pv exhaust housing side) .. As I said it appears to only screw into the void between the closest pv housing bolt.. I cannot see any obvious reason why opening up the nipple to its full bore would have any negative effect. (Famous last words..lol)

Oooh .. Some goodies arrived this morning :-)
