Anyone do a Christini?

Just curious. I've looked at the website a few times. Doing the math. New bike: $7500. Perfectly good '08, with LTR suspension, RB mods, etc... Already have. It's perfect, so, why not try all wheel drive? It's half the cost of a new bike, and it would be new bike fun. Just wondering if there are actually any Christini Gas Gas riders out there.

if i remember correctly, there were two, 2008 ec300s, turned into christinis. if i remember correctly, they put showa forks on them to simplify things. one was sold, the last i heard of the other one is that they kept it for further testing. (btw im not sure who "they" are. either christini, or gasgas itself. idk) saw one of the two for sale here from a while back.

Interesting. I have no problem with Showa's. Unfortunately, they'd have to go to LTR. I'd hate to give up my current forks.

Call up Tasky's in Everett WA. When I was in there last winter they had a Christini on display...I believe for sale also. I think it was an orange bike though...But anyways they should know quite a bit about them.

I think I saw the other one at the factory in Spain. It was in a room with a lot of other R&D bikes.
