I had a couple questions and concerns for him so I messaged him. And within 30 minutes he got back to me. Not by message, but by phone. Ya know, I've never owned a bike brand where the distributor and a major parts supplier worked together to issue recall parts outside of the factory. Getting those water pump parts was very appreciated. Good guy for sure.
