Joing the club for 15

Here's a couple pics of my "back yard", alot of this stuff is a 5 minute ride from my house. We have access to endless old exploration cutlines and roads, some massive alpine ridges, open pine forest, and we build our own tight single track on the mountainsides.

The greenies would murder you in the streets if you did that in Colorado. Then they would close every last mile of single track.

Looks like it's time to move to Canada eh.

I have some very nice woods near my house with some great trails but they are reserved for people on Mountain bikes and dog walkers so they have somewhere for their dogs to sh1t :p

Soooo, Ive been wrenching on the bike. Stretched the starter flyweight spring, greased it up, and mounted my bars / guards.

Noticed my brake light doesn't work. Either one of the switches is stuck on, or possibly a wiring / bulb problem. Have to dig out my multimeter and see what I can find.

The rear fender construction concerns me. Looks like there will be lots of damage if/when I loop out hillclimbing. I usually snap 2 or 3 rear fenders every season on my CR250. Its it tougher than it looks? Is there a way to run a fender without the tailight and under-structure?

The beauty of my area is that it has all been savagely surveyed and explored for coal/oil/gas. There are already roads / cutlines / old mine pits all over our mountains, so nobody is overly concerned with them. It's a small town, and there's only four of us x-country nuts, and we do hide our entrances.

Sure, I love sharing my pics.

I believe that you need to organize a ride from your house ASAP ! Since I am on the East Coast I cant make it but those who can would have to go to get a slice of riding HEAVEN ;)

It's only 12 hours from my house. Easily doable for the Seattle contingent. I'm in!

I have run out of setup to do on the bike, it will be a bit of a wait still before I can ride. Typically I can start riding sometime between mid April and May.

Heres my winter ride, almost matches the Gasgas! I only ride 2 strokes
