Leaking gas cap.

The right track, for me anyway, would be to work with the dealer and importer to replace the entire tank, asap. Last year I bought a new, left over '09 Aprilia, had a small bubble in the finish. Nothing structural, or major, strictly cosmetic, on a $2000 gas tank. Had a new one in less than a month, installed, full and free. GasGas should step up and do the same.

Sure they should step up, but if I can fix with a simple o-ring...I don't have a problem with that either.

Looks like our local o-ring supply house has Viton o-rings at least what I can tell from their vague website...will find out tomorrow for sure.

I'm still in the same boat. Have a new Genuine GG cap in the spares bag that I haven't even opened cause I know it'll do the same as the last 2. I have still been running the last one with no rubber seal at all and it has minimal leakage.

I pulled the stock rubber out and screwed in on fairly tight. Sloshing a full tank around in the garage resulted in surprisingly little leakage.
I'm going to ride it like that and check the result.
