Motocrosscenter Special Body Mod kit for 01-06

Well it was time to update my 05 ec200 to newer plastic. This kit uses 2015 fender & headlight, 2011 radiator shrouds and the 01-06 back half. I was not sure if I would like the graphics but I think it turned out pretty well. Next time I might get the Cervantes graphics??? I am still not sure on the front fender graphic either. Anyways here are some pics of before & after. If you have any questions just ask. The plastic is polisport. It took some tweaking on the rear probable because of my tweaked rear sub frame. Also I have not put on the rear fender graphics as I want to get a tail/brake light to put on it first.

Here is a few pics in the process. I probably should have gave the bike a bath before I started. I had to put a small notch in the left front fork guard to clear the disk brake rotor bolts. The stock fork guards are notched to begin with. Next is to install the skid plate & solid chain guide.

Nice improvement, I just did the front fender and light on my 2006. The 2015 front fender and light look so much better to me than the old ones.

I decided to put the rear fender graphics on while I am waiting for a tail light. Now that all the graphics are on I think the bike turned out great and I am glad I did it.
