thats a nice job! did it take much, new parts wise like subframe, ari box etc.. would love to do this with my 00

The parts you need are rear subframe, fuel tank, seat, air box front and rear panels and full plastic kit. So quite a fair bit of stuff but well worth it tho, I had to remount the coil to the left side of the fuel tank so the new fuel tank fitted. It took about half a day to remove and refit all the parts

What for a tank use you for the swap! of which year built?
I thought that only fit the tanks of 2000 to 2002.
I have a gasgas ec 300 from 1999.

hi, I got a fuel tank from a 2005. I then had to move the ignition coil from under the fuel tank and remounted to the right hand side of the frame to make room for the fuel tank

Ok a gasgas Dealer say to me the 2005 Tank does not fit because the shock absorber is gone.

hi, I will take some photos at the weekend, I have fitted a hebo oversize fuel tank now, so it looks very ugly now tho

Great posts! Thanks for the ideas! I like red and black so I might just upgrade red and black to my 01 300 gasgas.. At least I see some fun clothes changing for my gasgas to change up the looks every once in a while. Thanks everyone!!!
Here's my rebodied 2002 EC 300, I used a transformation kit from greenlandmx.com to turn it into a 2011.
I had to change the tailpipe as my Turbine Core 2 no longer lined up with the new subframe, but luckily a mate had a spare 2010 oe one laying in his shed!

Just looked over on Greenlandmx.com and that kit is less then $500. in U.S. dollars? Is this correct? Sent them an email about shipping to the U.S. And they quoted me only $75. to ship? Am I missing something? This doesn't sound right.

I fit a 1998 KX250 plate on mine. It takes some fiddling, but the bolt hole on the top lines up with the threaded hole in the top clamp, then it's a matter of fitting the bottom to your fender or lower clamp. This is on a 2002 300, if that matters.

Hey, I own a 2000 EC250. My understanding is that 01-06 plastics will fit on the bike with no adjustments? For example, these ones?

You would need the 01'-06' air box. This style uses a 2 part side panel (#plate) on the left side to fit this type of plastic.
It's right, their prices are amazing and delivery was quick too
