i am looking at changing the oil on the rear Ohlins shock of my 2003 ec 250 can anyone give me some tips on the diassembly process and what kind of pressure we are looking at ? thanks.

Hi I have manuals in PDF format but they are too large to attach, any ideas on reducing file size?

Not sure where your located, but for the time spent and the odd things that can pop up, I highly recommend Gary Borrelli at Borrelli Suspension in Mendota, Illinois (google him). He just did a complete service, total dis-assembly and clean on the 48mm Ohlins, and my Ohlins rear. Less than $300. It saved me a ton of time, and he knows what to eye ball on the tear down. A shock alone is surely much less. Plus you get cool stickers!

I have the manual in .pdf that I have shared with others. PM me with your email and I'll try to send it tomorrow (it's on my work computer) It's around 5mb in size. Open offer for all.

Wow! Thanks Stainless! If I would have known there was a manual like this available, I might have tackled this on my own. It's nice to see a very detailed, well documented, manual with very good prints. Maybe next time!

Any welding shop with Nitrogen can refill it.
