What did you do to your Gas Gas today?

That is some nice work on the sub-mount! Would you be willing to share your data? I would love to build one for myself.

Absolutely! Did you want the file to give to a machine shop? Its at work at the moment but I can email it to you tomorrow if you like. The damper holes will need to be tapped after it's been machined.

These are the bar clamps I used to get the rise. I'm tall so I run a riser anyway.

The under bar mount isnt a perfect fit against the bar mounts but it's pretty close.

That looks awesome!! Where did you get the graphics?

I installed a P3 pipe guard and ditched the OEM exhaust spigot o-rings for some quality viton o-rings.

Thank you GasGasman! That will make one thing much easier.

I've been getting fasteners from supply houses for years. (example: I use socket head screws for the master cylinder reservoir caps, instead of phillips head screws.)

Many of the bikes' various small sealing o-rings I keep come in my stock come in bags of 100.

Some more photos from my upgrade , I have had the bike for almost 6 years 2 complete motor rebuilds and I sold it shortly after this.

We have a guy out here that makes them, we have lots of rocks and it protecs the pipe very well( Bike 6 years oldsame pipe). Its easy to clean without having to remove it and it doesnt collect mud as much as the hyde one does.

I rode the snot out of my Gasser yesterday, going to repeat the process today. Building up enough gopro footage for more movies!

McMasters and Carr. You can also find water impeller seals and several others seals and anti-vibration mounts

Thanks for the info. I've bought lots of bolts, orings, and several hydraulic hoses from McMasters and Carr. I'll now check out these items on their web site.
