2011 Gas Gas Models in the Country

Because Gas Gas is a european make and we dont need turnsignals and mudflaps and speedos and the like for a bike to be road legal over here..

Think we only got the EC model for years until recently when we now have the cross country and racing as well. the first thing anybody does over here is remove the turnsignals and other stuff, all we need to pass inspection is a horn and numberplate, no need for lights and speedo.

wow I'm surprised..no directionals for road use

still surprised they show the EC without and the six days, racing and nambotin with:confused:

but thanks for clarifying that :)

use to be bikes that ran the isde had to have headlight and a tail light .. don't forget htye run the bikes over roads during the isde ... ummm well they used to. back in the day your headlight and tail light had to be working or you got penalized

Six Days bikes are shown with headlight and indicators ... you have to think they've included a taillight/brakelight as well. What is different is the size and shape of the rear fender extender/license plate holder.

I just got a call from our logistics company. The latest alphabet soup government agency just released our bikes. They should be at our warehouse tomorrow and we will begin shipping to dealer on Thursday!
Yee Ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats Clay I know they were a pain to deal with but I am glad for you that it's finally over. Thanks for your hard work.

We got the bikes in on Thursday morning and shipped them out on Friday. Since the US Customs people and EPA had containers for 10 days, I expected that several motorcycle crates would have been opened and inspected. They only opened one bike crate. Ten days and thousands of dollars in charges and storage and they only looked at one bike.
Anyway....Bikes are on the way to dealerships!

Nice!!! You guys must have been rolling to get everything in and out in 2 days. I'm guessing there was a Budweiser or 12 in the equation by the tiime Friday night rolled around. I hope to get down that way on Tuesday.

Aflica and Husky Dude,
No apologizies necessary. I was happy to see the pic of a new GG owner. Dave put in his order a bit later than I did so he asked if he could have a few 300s and 250s from our shipment coming in this week. We intend to work together that way. I'm glad to help my fellow northern Gas Gas brothers!

Congratulations, Clay.

Oh, and I think Steve is actually a little south of me. :D

Which reminds me, I need to ride the island and I'm ready for a little international GasGas rendezvous. But I digress...

COngrats again Clay. Here's to a great first season.

Thats right T.Low , and if you ever do make it over here , give me a heads up and i'll show ya the local trail highlites for sure

Anxiously awaiting for the call from Bill. Cant wait to get that new 300 and start outfitting it.

Thanks Clay for all your hard work and support! :)

It really sucks that US government agency's work so slow like that. They should be the experts at what they do, and it should be lickity split, cleared and released for you so it doesn't cut into the bottom line.

www.ggor.us has a few pics of the truck arriving and being unloaded.

I didn't see any champagne being broken out......or any beer. LOL

I should have loaded a few in my trailer...
