I just can't resist my self !!:D:D

So here ya go I ll get it started : If that bike comes outfitted with everything I see Here in your attached pic, I will take 10 of them !!! Does she come with different colored skirts ??
BTW I'll be the guy at the races charging $10 per seat inspection Hint hint !! :D:D

If that accessory came with a new bike, I'd never have any energy for riding.

[I'm waiting to see if bje will let the moths excape from his wallet]

A guy (Arturaksson) over on KTMTalk.com just posted in the Euro bike section under the 2012 GG thread a vimeo video that he says you can see a 2012 in around 1:37. I can't watch it here at work so I don't know if he is correct. Here is a copy of the link.

Edit; Just noticed I have only posted here 3 friggin times since I've joined. Sorry folks, I need to stop being such a lurker and join in more often. Maybe once I get a new GG I'll have related stories to share. Excuse the partial thread hi-jack.

Looks liek a 2012. New shroud design and subframe clearly visiable. It did not look like the cartidge airfiler was being used.

Yeh, everything I've read from all sources said it was positive we were not going to see the externally accessable filter. Just good to see the bike already manufactured, sold, and at a race. Looked like loooooooooots of hole shot power and just needed a little sag adjustment (or springs) to get the front end biting.

Either way, veeeeeeery cool and I can't wait to own one.

One of the German dealers told me that the problem was when the flat filter got really dirty th suction of the engine would start to squash the boot to the carb and open up gaps around the filter, they had already manufactured the subframe so had to modify them to use a STD filter

the problem was not the dirt, the problem was the power output.
GG has a new supplier for the cylinders. They tested the cylinders with the new air filter and the power output was the same like the "old" models. When GG installed the new Cylinders at Nambotins and Cervants bike, they realized that the new cylinder with the old air filter has a much better and hihger power than the with the new one.

Will the gasgas line of race wear be readily available to the North American market?...will be wanting some of this stuff to match the new bike:cool:

Go Fasters has all the current GG gear in stock....I just got my stuff the other day...its very high quality and reasonably priced

only problem for me was I ordered a size bigger pants for a looser fit.... although Mark did warn me ahead of time that I shouldnt(really good staff there)....I had to send the pants back for a smaller size...my bad

so the sizes are true and whatever your running now in another brand will be the same with GG gear

its definitely high quality and reasonably priced

There was one "old filter" 2012 here in a meeting for people involved with gasgas (pilots, press, mechanics, etc).

do not like brake pedal. Straight pedals are prone to be more strenght.

The 2012 is an good looking bike, but the Cervantes Replica took my attention.

I see a great year to Gas Gas.

I also ordered a new plastic clutch cover :)

Sorry cell phone photos.

Lets hope not. Could be from anything. I would think in the age of Autocad and Solid Works, that this would not be an engineering goof.

I also ordered a new plastic clutch cover :)

New one is plastic ? Would it fit the 2011' models ? If the 2012 cover is wider than the old one will the 2011 bikes have enough clearance between the brake pedal and the 2012 cover ? I would be interested in getting one if it solves the clutch squealing .

The 2011 Factory race bikes, if you look, were running the new clutch cover from time to time, so i would have to think that you wouldn't have a problem running it on the 2011.

What? Rubbed on the master cyl? Did you have a SixDays and could it have been the cooler?
