Can I ask if you are using an oversized tank?
If so which one? And how does it fit with the 2011 shrouds?
Thanks!
It's a Clarke 3.1 gal, no issues with the shrouds.

Hello fellow gassers, looking for some info. from you that have done the transformation. 1 how are you connecting you headlight plug my 2002 is completely different from the one from kit and I don't want to butcher my harness. 2 what is the bag of assorted hard wear with the spring, red aluminum shaft, white clips ect. and how are you mounting the cdi on the sub frame, the old sub f. has a platform with a band on it?
This is what I did=
-Headlight replaced end with a connector from the auto parts store.
-The assorted hardware bag is the tension spring and mounting rod for the air cleaner. The white parts should be for mounting the headlight.
-I modified my original CDI mount and mounted it to a piece of aluminum that mounted to the rear inner fender. Or get the 2011 CDI holder and strap.
Good luck! They don't give you all the hardware you'll need.
if I'm thinking of the same part, they just locate them = male /female.Wow that was fast! Thank you for the fast reply. Good info. Oh and the rivet looking pins on air boot panel do they just mount male female or do you actually use rivet tool and permanently join to the side panels?
This is my 06 EC200 with '11 plastics and "2012 Carrera" stickers.
The yellow front fender looks somewhat misplaced, but it was the best could do at the time. The plan is to replace it with a red one in due time, but making the '11 fender fit the KYB triple clamps was more than I was able to handle the day I had to finish the bike for the next race.
The bike also has KYB forks off a 08 YZ250F, a Scott steering damper and a 38mm Lectron.
Like the shroud stickers, where did you get these? Thanks
They are OEM Gasgas stickers from the Motocrosscenter.com. I bought it as a "transformation kit" named "Carreras 2012"

There seem to be a plastics and sticker kit as well:

None of the above are in stock at the moment according to motocrosscenter.com, but send them a mail, they may have some coming in the future.
Yes there is a grommet, it's the same as a silencer grommet. Those Spaniards love using the same parts.
Part 6 gets bolted to your lower triple clamps as a brake line guide. Yes there is a grommet, it's the same as a silencer grommet. Those Spaniards love using the same parts.
