I have just received The 2013 Racing Kit for my 2005 EC300. my kit seems to contain way less parts than the above, do the kits normally contain the updated tail light assembly or not.

Also do I need to use part off my air box ? eg the airboot

All of this refurbishing is making me jealous, where can I get new plastics for a '10 EC250. That's what I need, and I'm ready to do the work. I'd love to do '11-'12 plastics on my '10, does anyone know if can be done????

The 2011 plastics should fit right on your 2010.

So am I, Subframe is on loosely got to figure out the air box then do the rest will do some photos and a report when I finish it

ec 300 06-11 upgrade

Just in process of upgrading my 06 to 11 spec with upgrade kit from motocross center in Spain. Kit all in with subframe / airbox 7 shipping about ?500, Soumi ISDE graphics, not bad deal. Frame stripped and away for powder coat now, start rebuild in couple of weeks. Any warnings! Expecting some mis-fitting plastics here and there. Anyone know if I need to change silencer? Got chance of new 07 exhaust cheap, should fit ok right? Don't think they changed at all until 2012'ish.

That's a Hyde. They make a skid/glide/bash plate as well as the combo bash plate/pipe guard. Stout product, I have one myself. Doesn't make maintenance easy, but it really stops rocks.

I run one of those also. They really don't make anything easier, and i had to carve on mine a bit for engine access, but I've never had a pipe protector do a better job of protecting my pipe on a bike.

If I didn't run this one, I'd be running the Hyde Racing skid plate. I love the products.

I have found the hyde guards to collect a lot of sticks and rocks. after most rides I will take it off and clean out all the bits its caught

Yikes, that's half of what i payed for the hole bike, think i'm gonna go with a 01-06 plastic kit, it seems to be more or les the same.
