Scaryfast Powernow

New in box, $50 shipped. It's the one that goes aft of the carb slide. For Keihin 36-38 PWK AG.... won't fit my 2011 38mm carb with the black plastic spacer without modding it, so...

I am still curious about some bikes with spacers some without..

Does your bike happen to have the spacer removed for the reed block?

'11 250 race, my first GG...not familiar with what others came with. Mine has engine / v-force / carb manifold....so I guess no reed spacer? Thanks by the way for your jetting posts, good stuff.

Cheers mate. It was just something that popped into my mind one day.

Seems to be so much inconsistancy from gg regarding the reed spacer, carb spacer, carb sizes, etc.. Just looking for a trend :)

I had wondered if they'd used the black plastic spacer in bikes without the reed spacer to make up the difference.

Heres my 2010 EC300. Sorry for the thread Hijack.

Whats the powernow meant to do re engine characteristics?

From the website, "improved low to midrange power, improved throttle response". Don't know how effective they are personally.

It is the same principal that RB Designs applies but the Powernow is a 'slide' in and RB is installed permanent. It concentrates the airflow signature at low throttle openings. Kind of like having a 19mm carb for low end and a 38mm for full throttle- best of both worlds At least that's how I explain it

I bought one for my WR125 Husky. I was chasing a carb problem (so I thought).
Seemed to help a bit.
But the bike was plagued with other problems. Power Valve issues from the factory...for one.
So it was really hard to say that it helped lots.
