Shoot out ???

+1, thats the wide open stuff! Like Eric said, if it was tight the GG would really have an advantage. Even the Hammer Run ride was tighter than that in most spots. Clay, you liked the snow so much that it followed you home!

I still feel that the KTMs have a clear advantage in that most people who are riding them have prior experience on one.

No doubting that they are two different bikes ergonomically.

Great videos though, and look forward to seeing some more of the same.

No doubt that

KTM has, what we call in business, "Fortressed the market"
The amount of people familiar, comfortable, experienced with them is considerable; Their reputation, performance and dealer network is impressive.
Nobody- even somebody with deep pockets- will be able to challenge them overnight.
But, little by little, bike by bike, rider by rider...... inroads can be made.
At some point, their strength might almost hurt them (though not a great deal) in that people will want something different- I want a GG because it's not a KTM, among other reasons

Glenn,
Yeah it did. Chuck and I expected to be at my house about 2 am on Monday morning. It took us 5 hoours to get from Knoxville to my house. Usually take 2 hours. Chuck was a nervous wreck with me driving. I hit a slick spot one the road once and the van started swapping. I could see the whole side of the trailer in my right side mirror. Then on Tuesday we went to Atlanta. Holy cow!
What a trip we had!
Clay
