What did you do to your Gas Gas today?

I'm going to order the transformation kit from the Motocross Center. Decals will be different from the picture as I want a little more red! So will probably go for the 2012 Carreras kit! Everything will be checked and clean and I mean every nut and bolt!!!

The only thing I have found wrong with the bike so far was all of the engine bolts were loose I thought it was just me being lazy with the gears at Rendlesham with the vibes

Motocross Center again. I will get my suspension guy to check out fork binding as the guard acts as wheel spacer as well.

I pulled off both wheels cleaned bearings, spacers, axles, chain adjusters.A lot of rust on the adjuster bolts that pass to into the inside of the swingarm, wt!, how does that much water get inside the swingarm? Well, it was time well spent. Gonna grease the suspension linkage tomorrow.

My swinarm had a hole in it. I put a dab of silicone on it.

I sneered at mine today because I can't ride(family stuff) I unbent the subframe at the tail on my wifes bike and mended the BRAND SPANKING NEW FRIGGIN plastics and GRAPHICS......ok I'm calm now! She looped her bike out in front the only group of people we saw on the trail during our 4 hr ride on Thursday!!! She was ok, landed on her feet and learned a lesson not to pop the clutch when your bike is already pointed up hill.

Sat new rekluse basket and new fibers on bench awaiting installation.

I just installed rekluse basket and new stock fibres with rekluse manual core pressure plate and inner clutch hub. Very quality gear!

That's what I like to do to mine also but it been 28 here since Friday with ice on the street so I just been drinking beer and keeping the fire going

YZ250 kicker- Perfect addition. Should have done this before the e-start.

Raced today in 17-20 F clear and dry conditions. Bike is cleaner than when it arrived (no mud!). Spun/dropped it once on glare ice in the whoop section, generally teetered about on the rest of the course.

Cold and rained all day. So I got a lot done in the garage today.

I swapped the handle bars from my WR to the 300. I hate the Twinwalls with a passion.
Sealed up the air box
Installed an in line fuel filter
Finally was able to install the Magura MC rebuild kit and was able to bleed it and get it working! Quite an accomplishment for me
Bled the rear brake
Taped up the little tabs on the side panels to correct the loose sloppy fit. It was really annoying me the half ass way the side panels went into those slots on the 2012. This was some Gorilla tape and it worked great. Nice and snug now.

I don't believe you can use the core plate? Rekluse does have a manual pressure plate. I think I have one in the garage that will never get used? I can look for it on Wednesday morning. I am at work til then.

Straddleline West Coast MC ATV Winter series. THere is a race at Pacific next weekend, Saturday the 14th. Look on thumper talk for the fliers, I'll see if I can pull them over to this site. I might head up to Walker next weekend instead of the race, I hate going to races alone. I'll drop you a note later in the week as my plans firm up.
