Straddleline West Coast MC ATV Winter series. THere is a race at Pacific next weekend, Saturday the 14th. Look on thumper talk for the fliers, I'll see if I can pull them over to this site. I might head up to Walker next weekend instead of the race, I hate going to races alone. I'll drop you a note later in the week as my plans firm up.

Sounds good. As for my bike,finishing reassembly.Now I just need to ride the darn thing.

Made the initial information gathering on Red Anodized rims for her. Should look really good on the 2010 EC.

I tripped over a rear wheel scrambling to find a spare voltage regulator, for my Dodge. Tripped over same wheel racing to another parts stash...only to discover it was in the 1st bin I dug through

I installed the 15mm powervalve cover spacer that I got from Elvis74 - aka Mathias.

powervalve cover looks well made.... deffo next on my shopping list for the bike also a flywheel weight !


changed the rear wheel bearings on the back wheel

Put a pipe guard on.
Replaced both carb boots.
Replaced Pop Nut in rear of subframe.
Lubed chain.
Put clean air filter in.

Disassembled, cleaned and regreased all bearings for the Swingarm, shock, and linkage.

Today I Installed Rekluse Core exp. While doing that I saw that my clutch master needs rebuilding.
So tomorrow I'll switch it out with another and try out the rekluse. Never tried one before (auto clutch)

rekluse

Finished my rekluse install today .Had to remove my leaky mineral oil master that I suspect had brake fluid in it when I flushed it awhile ago. Put on another dot spec. master I had in spares. Got to say the install was super simple almost as easy as a clutch.That adjustable slave is ingenious!
Anyway rode it around the yard 6inches snow Great for no stall donuts & figure 8s.
Also installed trailtech rpm / hourmeter simple.
Heres a good one for coldweather & or mud /wet riding I put a set of powermadd handguards on. I will review in products

Now that the rekluse is on I'm thinking about swapping my extra 300 jug on since the 250s powervalve is rattling/sticking from when I got it.Since I'll be fixing it I might as well do the swap, I think I need the extra snap with the rekluse.
