What did you do to your Gas Gas today?

I mounted up a new GoldenTyre GT230 and changed to a N3CH needle. Think I need to change my pilot to a 40 now

Removed, cleaned, relubed and reinstalled Bob Mousse front and rear in the same tyres. Sounds insane, but it's good isde practice, and keeps the Bibs safe.

Put on a used '06 rear fender and radiator covers, fit straight on my old '99
Sorry here is the picture

Nope, some say '99 otheres '00 but the org. Radiator covers are very rounded. Either way it drives way faster than i dare on the short track where we ride.

The 00' will have rounded rad covers & those rear # plates + tank + mag. cover/ignition. So I'm guessing it's a 2000.

This was from last Saturday. I'm going to try to post photos to go with these explanations.

1. I got my new "Dead Bull" sticker in the mail and applied it to my headlight's number plate.

2. I decided it looked so good that I just had to load the bike and go for a bit of tight single track trail.

3. I decided to take my six month old lab, Bitsy, for a session of "Enduro Dog", which she really likes. This is Bitsy in the back seat on the way to the trail. See her grinning?

3. The conditions were slick on the trail, and Bitsy followed me pretty close, getting roosted in the process. This photo shows evidence of Bitsy getting roosted. She didn't care. She grinned with me all the way home.

God Riding and Enduro Dog to You All!
Jim

Not working on the bike, would much rather be riding somewhere while its 95 degrees and 100% humidity here in KY  Instead I've been working on the Gas Gas van, putting in extra tie down hooks to strap down the EZ Ups, tables and chairs. Next up...putting in a couple of wheel chocks in the back but first...I need to hydrate.

I hear ya! I went to the garage long enough to put my silencer back together and about suffocated! Not looking forward to racing in this crap this weekend.

It's the middle of winter here in Brisbane, Australia.

Currently 22 degrees c (71 degrees f) and 70% humidity :D It got down to a chilly 12 degrees overnight.

Yesterday rode it in the rain! Great conditions at a nearby spot which is a bit of a hard packed sand area. Usually skatey and loose in the dry, but best traction when wet. Smashed out a quick 70km loop in no time and put the bike back in the shed. The red clay rainforest wasn't so ideal in terms of traction, but still bloody great fun!@

104 degrees F and I have to lever two tires on before the ride Sunday:mad: Luckily the ride will be in cooler climes at higher elevation:)

I've been getting out to the trail head by 4:30 am, can manage a good ride until 9 to 10 am. Then go home and become a zombie for the rest of the day for getting up so early!!!
