What did you do to your Gas Gas today?

Built a set of studded tires for the 300. Time consuming but they last well if taken care of. Now we just need snow!

New grips fitted - just need to get the hang of this grip wire stuff ;-)

2004 EC 200

LOL:D good one!

Fitted a wr450f rear brake pedal, only had to put a spacer between frame and pedal, wind the clevis down to get height and press a spacer in to the frame to suit the wr bolt
end result 1000x better NO slop at all and a pedal that is cheaper to replace stronger and has a better pivot setup

Did a little more rebuilding!

Washed the trials bike after getting nasty dirty at the hare scramble yesterday. Started with switching air box and plastic to my shiny new subframe (Thanks Andoman) for the tall bike.

I may not having been riding as much as i'd hope for lately - That doesnt mean i havn't been thinking about the old girl though :)

Brand Spanking New and Unused Speedo head [Cellophane still on the face itself] that i won for an orgasmic 21 GBP ($35) on ebay, that arrived today.....

Got rid of that ghastly bright green plastic clutch master-cyclinder cover by fitting one of these instead:

Was riding until my wife did this. She was moving at a good clip when she wadded up.

I haven't been out since. Been taking care of her. :)

Getting it set and pins put in today. Sitting in the waiting room. They put off the surgery for two days, not sure why?

Ouch!!!!!

Thats a rough way to get out of the Christmas day washing up ;)

Wish her my very best.

And yes: OUCH............
And out of cooking Christmas dinner, wrapping all the gifts, vacuuming, etc........the list is getting longer. Shes worth it though.

I'm telling all the in-laws she started back talking and then "fell down the stairs" They don't think I'm funny!

I've never broken a hand. After seeing the X-ray photo...I'll stick to breaking toes. At least broken toes don't end the day. Hope your wife is well & heals well:)

Tapped and inserted a heli coil in my lower tripple clamp, all but one bolt came out perfect.....still had anti- seize on the threads. The broken bolt was gauled up pretty bad.

Cleaned up my swingarm, getting ready to press in new bearings. The joy of swingarm / suspension maintenance.

Heated grips and Lectron carb with T3 throttle cable. Jury is out on both until either one is dialed in and fully functional. However, installation was a snap for both.
