What did you do to your Gas Gas today?

Just kept ridin it!!! Well over 1000km's now of pure bliss.
I was the sweep rider for the Rockhound Rally in Ontario this weekend. C'mon out next year and try some hard enduro stuff in our beautiful province!! Don't worry, it ain't too hard, it's just hard enough to be fun!

Took some time, but finally I got my Smartcarb for my 144.

Thanks to Bryan for selling me the carb and thanks to Nathan from Technology Elevated for refurbishing the carb and bringing it to current specs and quality standards.

Can wait to put it in and test it.

Very interesting. Looking forward to your report.

Will take some time, at least two weeks.
This week I am in a training and on the weekend I will spend some days in Hamburg.

Today I found the time for installing the Smartcarb on my EC144.
I did not adjust anything, but the bike started on the third kick.
This weekend I will do the test ride and get it adjusted, hopefully. ;-)

I'm waiting for someone to make a larger volume pv cover that accommodates the e-start on 2018+ bikes..

I have some spacers on my old bike that are about 10-15mm thick and sit between the jug and the OEM cover. I eyeballed my 2018 and looked to me like it would fit in there.

Yesterday I’ve tested the Smartcarb in my 144.
In general the carb work very good and the bike feels much more powerful. The only problem I have, it is still running on the rich side and I could not get the idle adjusted.
I tried the BE07 and BE09 rod and both showed the same character.
But I am pretty confident to find the right rod.

Brought it home!

Got a great deal on this GP

I was going to wait for the 19's but the reviews on the 18 have been good. This was a sweet deal so I pulled the trigger. I am amazed by the changes in how everything fits compared to the 13.
I haven't even fired it up as I picked it up at another dealer and now have to bring it to Matto Cycle for him to give his blessing and install the correct spring rates for me.
By the way, check out St. Hilaire Motorsports, Josh seems like a good guy and has some EC's in stock he is trying to move.

I gave it a new rear tire (Michelin Enduro medium) and repacked the silencer.
This was done to be ready for Gotland Grand National next weekend. GGN is the world's largest enduro race, held at the Swedish Gotland island.

Me and my mates are leaving Wednesday. Looking forward to it!

I continued the cleaning of my bike after the last AMRA race. It was a total mudfest for us A/B riders. I have about 3 hours in to removing all the mud so far. First pic is me coming through the pipe. Second just shows how bad it was for some racers.

Hi Anders,

GGN race looks great. Good luck;)

Thanks! Checked in and got through the technical today.
We (women, military bikes and all above 50) do our racing tomorrow. On Saturday, the rest of the hobby riders start in the morning, while the WESS guys and the rest of the pro class race at noon. 3200 rides in total. Great fun
