Great info with pix. I didn't pre-load the PV linkage very much at all. Just took all the slack out plus a tiny bit so it positively rested at the stop when static.
As I mentioned, much quieter. Taking out the slack didn't really affect PV opening time or rate. I have controlled linear power.
