18's sure look to have the right parts.

Beta--------------------------------------------GG
8190 euro = 9156.67 in USD right now and 8490 euro = 9492.07 in USD

Right, but it doesn't seem to be a direct conversion for new dirt bikes. The MSRP for a 2017 Beta 300RR is $8,499, which is ~$600 less than Germany price. Therefore, I subtract $600 from $9,500 and SPECULATE that the Phoenix bikes will be ~$8,900.

This is more than previous GG MSRP, but I assume KYB suspension is more expensive wholesale than Sachs, Reiger, and Marzocchi.

I really like the new gasgas and if I get my current sold I think I will buy one

Early days, but it looks like all the blood, sweat and tears of the last two or so years is about to pay off for all those involved with reinventing the brand. Good job guys!

price Steep?

I'm thinking $9300 is a lot esp. for a model that's trying to launch. I am considering other bikes now . I can buy a TM for $400 less . Or beta / sherco for around $8k . I was hoping for a 8500 price tag and was ready to pull the trigger. Local guy has brand new 17 GG for $7400 he can't get rid of. Anyone else think its too much ? For some reason the price really bothers me.

A Beta 300RR is $8900 with Sachs, and the GG has KYB suspension. Both with electric start, but I think the GG is street legal (lights, etc) and the Beta is not.

Completely agree. Local Beta dealer has Craigslist ad for 2017 Beta 300RR (with street legal lighting) for $7,999. I'm surprised by GG price. I was also ready to put a deposit down if <=$8500

The KYB forks are 48mm? + I hope the top fork/handle bar clamp can be changed out with one of my KTM clamps so I can run fat bars and one of my Motosportz damper if need be.

Apples and oranges

A few of you are comparing pricing on an unfair level. You are comparing 2017 Beta pricing and others against our 2018 Price. Most of the competition is behind us for a change in debut, production and pricing. Perhaps wait to see other brands pricing for 2018 compared to our GG pricing.

Also, last year about this time, our exchange was at $1.09 and going lower. Since our new government cant decide on how to tie shoes or less alone vote on anything or agree, the exchange is $1.12 and expected to rise to $1.20.

Everything except tranny is new or revised on this bike. KTM did it last year and increased over $1000.

A few current 2017's are still in stock at dealerships with rebates at $7399. About the same or even better than the other European brands. 2018 White European brand TE300 price is $9399, we are $100 less and don't have the bigger production numbers total compared to the combined white and orange brand.

Look at the reviews from this week, look at the factory investment and look at our investment into the future!

Apples to apples please....RED SHINY APPLES!!!!

So when are these red apples getting here?

They are here. But probably not in dealerships yet. Call your local dealer for a price and ETA. You won't regret it. Read the reviews on the new bike from the magazines. They are positively glowing.

Just called my dealer. (Bonjoes Cycle) He already has at least one sold! And a few more people seriously interested. Me being one of them.:D Call your dealer for an actual price before pulling the trigger on another brand.
