How to find the GasGas manuals...

Need Owners and FSR Manuals for 2014 GG 300EC

Hi all,

New member here--and happy to be approved!

I just bought a 2014 Christini AWD 300 E-Start. For those not familiar, Christini is an American manufacturer, based in Philadelphia, PA, with a line of All-Wheel-Drive motorcycles. Really, IMO, it's a (part-time) two-wheel-drive system.

My bike is their two-stroke enduro bike, the frame of which is a Chinese clone of the 2006, twin-spar, aluminum Honda frame, and is powered by the GASGAS 300cc engine/tranny.

They are described at the link, and I've attached a stock photo from the factory's website: https://www.christini.com/bikes/christini-awd-300

While Christini has it's own FSR for the Christini drive system, I have not yet found an Owner's or Factory Service Manual for the GASGAS 300cc EC's engine.

Any links to either of those items would be much appreciated!

Sincerely,

Spanish Christini

All owner's manuals and spare parts lists can be found on the Gasgas web site.

As for the workshop manual, have a look at http://www.gasgasrider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=22634

Anders,

Thank you for the 200/250/300 GASGAS WSM! And for the GG Owner's Manual link.

But can you tell me what model year(s) the 200/250/300 GASGAS Work Shop Manual is for? My 2014 Christini has (presumably) a 2014 300 E-Start GASGAS engine/trans, but my clutch cover's design is a simply "star" pattern, unlike the clutch covers depicted in the .pdf version you posted, where the (very) clear pics show a clutch cover with the words GASGAS word/logo on it.

Thanks much!

Spanish Christini

When I was working on the christini?s they had the 2011 motor in them. I highly doubt they would be running the 2014 engine.

What Year Engine is In 2014 Christini 300 AWD E-Start?

Post up a pic of the starter side and we will tell you what year it came from.

Will do! But I'm a few hours from the bike, currently. Should be able to get a pic in a couple of weeks.

Where did you work on Christini's? At the factory in Philly, PA? I only ask because my understanding of their business model is murky, at best--it seems they sell direct to customers now, but there are comments around the 'net about there being Christini dealers (at one time) and the P.O. of my bike claims to have bought this 2014 "off of the showroom floor, in 2016."

I'm traveling for the next few days so I might not be able to respond until I get back.

Thanks again.

I am in Australia, we were a dealer for them here. The four stroke ones were a pig! If your starter motor is parallel to the cylinder it will be a early pre 2013 motor. If the starter is laid down on its side it will be a 2014 on motor.
